✅ We DO refund when…

  • A technical issue prevents access — contact us within 7 days
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake — within 24 hours
  • You were charged twice for the same order

❌ We do NOT refund when…

  • The file was downloaded or accessed
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • Reason is "change of mind" after access

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@studentwellnessos.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
